Return & Refund Policy
You have 2 days post the opening of all stores to return or exchange products
The returns process requires two simple steps:
- Return the relevant products by calling our help line +91-9810-20-2473 as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied, in their original packaging. You can also raise your return request by dropping mail on firstname.lastname@example.org
- Returned package should include invoice and tags if there.
Duration is in accordance to the relevant applicable laws in your country, and in case of offers, special conditions are to be applied.
Products purchased online can only be returned by calling our help line +91-9810-20-2473. Any items whatsoever which have been provided free-of-charge with the relevant products must also be returned.
You must take reasonable care of any products that you wish to return and not use them. The products must be returned in their original conditions. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the items during your possession and may reject the request to return, exchange or refund. In accordance with global retail industry standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of products in the following categories: Combo, Bundled & Special Combo (Such as purchase in some or the other way in the form of promotional offers) or other product which are personalized to your order.
In the case of faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, we may offer you a substitute or replacement product or we will give you a full refund through the possible means, including any delivery charges you paid for (if any). In any case you must return the faulty, damaged or incorrect products to us as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied.
If a User has purchased Products which form a part of a package of other Products, or if the Product forms a part of a promotional package (collectively, the “Bundled Package”), the User shall be required to return all the Products that form a part of the Bundled Package for Sight Savers to process refunds. For illustrative purposes, if the User has purchased a Shampoo and a pair of body lotion as 1 (one) Product in a promotional package, the User will be required to return both the shampoo and body lotion and will not be permitted to return either only the shampoo or only the pair of body lotion from the Bundled Package. It is hereby clarified that if the Bundled Package consists of any Non-returnable Product along with other Products, the User shall return all other Products except the Non-returnable Products.
Sight Savers reserve the complete right to cancel / reject the return.
- the Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort. If Sight Savers is satisfied that the Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort, Sight Savers shall reserve the right to reject the return of the Product.
- the Product has been washed / Used.
- the price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded by the User.
- the serial number, bar code of the Product, as applicable, does not match Sight Savers records
- the accessories delivered with the Product (such as promo item, combo product, user manuals, etc) are not returned along with the Product, in an undamaged condition
- there are any dents, scratches, tears or any other damage to the Products or any part thereof
- in the case of product packing, if the Products sought to be returned are not sealed in the poly jiffy bag provided by Sight Savers
- the gifts accompanying the purchased Product have not been returned, or upon being returned, show signs of being used, washed, or defect
- in case of ordered product materials or accessories (Promo / Gifted), if the returned Products are fake or counterfeit or damaged or replaced.
- Sight Savers is satisfied that the Product has been rendered defective or unusable or if the User in any way breaches the Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy
The User can only return Non-returnable Products if there are defects and deficiencies in the Product (attributable to, and accepted by Sight Savers or in any exception case after due verification at its sole discretion) or if such Non-returnable Products are delivered late (except in case of force majeure including COVID-19). The User shall initiate a request for returning such Non-returnable Products dropping email not later than 2 (Two) days from the date of delivery of Product.
If you would like to exchange any products, you may: Visit the nearest store to return the items & purchase the replacement products. Please note that this is subject to availability and is per our applicable policies.
Subjects to the above exclusions, we will process a refund upon receipt of the returned products, excluding any delivery charges you paid for through ordering. Any refunds given by us in relation to returns will be made as follows.
Also, if you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by calling our Customer Services department +91-9810-20-2473 during working hours and within one hour of having placed it. Note: if you paid by credit card or debit card any you have cancelled in accordance with this clause then we will reverse the authorization or process a refund transaction (as the case may be) as soon as possible but we are not responsible for how long this will take to be reflected on your account as this is dependent on bank processing procedures.
Kindly note that we cannot accept cancellations outside of the specified periods as the order will have been processed and can only then be cancelled through our returns/refunds process as mentioned above.
